Rob Bailey isn’t built to follow the rules. What started as a kid learning to cross-stitch with his mom turned into designing and selling clothes in high school, even making his own prom suit from scratch. After dropping out of college and leaving football behind, he worked as a chef and at QVC, living what most would call a normal life. But that never felt right.

With 400 dollars and a single t shirt press, Rob started Flag Nor Fail out of his garage in 2008. He lived where he worked, sleeping on a twin mattress, printing shirts by hand, and streaming long workdays before social media made it popular. With his wife Dana and later his brother Drew, he turned the brand into a worldwide movement built on discipline, creativity, and self belief.

Along the way, Rob built a music career that hit number one on iTunes Electronic and charted on Billboard, with songs featured by ESPN, Under Armour, and the NBA. He went on to launch Run Everything Labs, grow into real estate, build more businesses, and move the headquarters to Whitefish, Montana.

Rob’s story is all about grit, growth, and building your own path. Proof that hard work, creativity, and belief in yourself can build an extraordinary life.
